Before Face Lifting
Face Lift surgery have its details that should be considered before doing the operation
and the more those guidelines are followed the higher is the success rate of the operation,
some of these guidelines are:

The patient should inform the doctors about all the medication consumed.

Smoking and drinking alcohol must be avoided 2 or 3 weeks before the operation.

Aspirin,vitamins and other supplements should be avoided one week before the operation.

Antidepressants and weight loss bills should be avoided three weeks before the operation
-
If you suffer from any chronic diseases you should ask your doctor about stopping the medication for a specific period.

You should avoid eating after midnight the day before the operation.
And all the examinations regarding the Face Lift surgery will be conducted by the doctors to ensure patient health.
During Face Lift Surgery
Local or General anesthesia will be performed based on the technic used in the surgery. The technics are used based on surgeon decision and patient expectations. There are two types of Face-lifting:
Golden Strings (Non-Surgical): Perfumed in the cases in a small amount of facial sagging. This process takes from 10 to 15 minutes and the face will be lifted to the desired position and no incisions will be opened in this technic. And the results of this surgery last 3 to 6 years based on the patients’ care after the operation. And after this period the patient can redo the operation.
Surgical Face Lifting: In this technic, the doctors will open a 2.0 cm incisions under the ears area then remove the extra skin and fat could be removed or redistributed. Then the doctors will intact the skin together to its new shape. This operation usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Note: After the surgery, the patients at least will stay in the ROYAL GROUP for 2 nights and in Istanbul to one week.
After Face Lift
For the best results and personal health multiple instructions should be followed after the operation:

Talking the medications prescribed by the doctors on the regular.

Avoid the sunlight for the first three weeks after the operation.

Don’t apply Make-up to the operation area.
-
Avoid bleaching or curling the hair before six weeks of the operation.

Try to wear cloth that will not have contact with the operation area.

Avoid pressure and heavy sports.
-
Ask your doctor about the types of shampoos you will use.

Smoking and Alcohol should be avoided.
You will be provided with a medical corset that you have to wear for 10 days after the operation
Note: There will be some swelling and tangling feelings after the operation and It is a normal outcome of the surgery and you will be provided with the painkillers and will fade away within the first days after the operation.
